Apr 15, 2016 (newstodate): The European leisure carrier Small Planet Airlines has now taken delivery of its first of four Airbus A321 aircraft.
The aircraft is placed under a lease agreement with AviaAM Leasing and to be based at Warsaw Chopin Airport, in Poland.
A further three Airbus A321 aircraft will be delivered to the carrier by the end of this month, also on long-term lease from AviaAM Leasing.
The Airbus A321 now delivered is the first of this type in Small Planet Airlines' fleet and will be allocated for use on the carrier's most popular routes between Poland and Mediterranean Sea resorts.
With the deliveries of these four larger Airbus A321 aircraft, the carrier's fleet will comprise 21 Airbus A320 Family aircraft operating from the UK, France, Germany, Poland and Lithuania during the summer season as well as from/to Cambodia in winter.
