Apr 12, 2016 (newstodate): The Nordic express delivery company Jetpak has landed a contract with the Scandinavian carrier SAS for home deliveries of short-shipped or delayed passenger baggage.
Taking effect from March 1, 2016, the agreement covers home deliveries of SAS passenger baggage in Sweden and Norway, with Denmark to be added from May 1, 2016.
The agreement comprises outsourcing by SAS of all actions concerned with passengers' short-shipped baggage including control tower functions, handling of passenger relations and final deliveries of the baggage items.
