Apr 11, 2016 (newstodate): Denmark's Copenhagen Airport has launched a search for an Air Cargo Manager as part of its efforts to build CPH as an even stronger and vibrant air cargo hub with investment plans and aggressive growth targets.
The position has now been announced, and applicants have till May 1, 2016, to respond to the call.
Reporting to the Director of Airline Sales, the successful candidate will work in close cooperation with the CPH Real Estate Management to design and plan the future development of cargo facilities, be responsible for growing business with the current partners including cargo airline customers, integrators, freight forwarders and cargo terminal handlers, as well as coordinating cargo initiatives to attract relevant cargo industry companies to further increase overall business and growth.
The position as Air Cargo Manager is new in the organization of Copenhagen Airport, following the recent death of Lars Korup who held responsibility for air cargo alongside other obligations as Key Account Manager.
