Apr 07, 2016 (newstodate): With an informal opening ceremony on April 6, the Latvian carrier airBaltic completed its move to new HQ premises at Riga Airport.
Attended by the country's minister of transportation who cut the ribbon together with airBaltic CEO, Martin Gauss and other airline top execs, the new premises were opened to allow for move of all airBaltic functions to be integrated under one roof rather than having ben spread around as until now.
The 6,200 sq m rented office building will house all 360 office employees as well as the about 600 crew members currently serving with the carrier.
