Mar 15, 2016 (newstodate): The world's leading turboprop leasing company, Denmark's Nordic Aviation Capital is now entering the regional jet aircraft leasing market.
NAC has announced it is acquiring Jetscape Aviation Group, a leading provider of regional jet aircraft leasing.
The deal will see Nordic Aviation Capital expand into the regional jet arena, bringing 28 Jetscape-owned Embraer E-Jets including 16 E190, nine E175, one E170 and two E195 aircraft, commitments for 11 E-Jets and a further 18 of the type under management into its regional turboprop aircraft portfolio that already comprises over 275 aircraft.
-Joining forces with NAC gives us an expanded geographical reach and most importantly, a firm financial platform to further develop regional aircraft leasing activity, says Jogn Evans, Jetscape CEO.
