Feb 12, 2016 (newstodate): Delta Air Lines is back in Iceland with the first flight tomorrow - and with an expanded schedule for the seasonal summer flights.
The carrier will be offering flights to New York during the coming seven months till the end of September, and in addition flights to Minneapolis will be added from May till the end of September 2016, increasing the carrier's total offering by 100 percent, compared to last year.
Delta Air Lines first launched services on the route from New York to Keflavik in 2011 with five weekly rotations, but in the coming summer's schedule the carrier will be operating 15 weekly rotations between USA and Iceland with Boeing 757-200 aircraft.
