Feb 04, 2016 (newstodate): Sweden's airfreight market was not exactly blooming in 2015, but the Swedish road feeder service provider SACT is not complaining.
-All 2015 figures have not been compiled yet, but it is probably safe to say that we did see our transport volumes down somewhat, compared to 2014, reflecting the overall trends in the market, says Michael Gahnstrom, SACT Road Feeder Service Director.
-Despite this, SACT did manage well in 2015 even if we did not see a net influx of new airline operators. For 2016 we do not so far see major new developments, but experience has proved that things change fast once markets start to grow, says Mr Gahnstrom.
SACT is a subsidiary of Cargo Center Sweden, based at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, with offices in Malmo, Gothenburg and Copenhagen.
