Feb 08, 2016 (newstodate): According to a leading French paper, Norwegian is mulling plans for start of new Transatlantic long-haul flights from France.
La Tribune claims that Norwegian will launch flights on a new route from Paris CDG Airport to Los Angeles from July 2016, with an announcement awaited "shortly".
If Norwegian cannot obtain slots at Paris CDG, plans are to move the operation to Paris Orly instead, with six weekly rotations on the route.
The carrier already operates flights from Paris Orly Airport to Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm.
