Dec 09, 2016 (newstodate): With the completion of a major reconstruction project at Croatia's Zagreb Airport, including a new passenger terminal, the airport is now readying for strong marketing efforts in 2017.
Hopes are not least attached to the airport's single largest airline, Croatia Airlines that has aired plans for opening new routes in 2017, including flights from Zagreb to Oslo and Stockholm from the start of the coming summer schedule.
Croatia Airlines first launched Scandinavian flights in 2008, with flights to Copenhagen from May 27, 2008.
Zagreb Airport is also hoping to see Finnair launching flights from Helsinki with the start of S-17.
