Dec 07, 2016 (newstodate): After Latvia's airBaltic, the second Bombardier CS300 operator will be Korean Air in 2017.
According to delivery plans, Korean Air will take delivery of its first CS300 aircraft by mid-2017, and will have seven aircraft in the fleet by the end of the year.
In total, Korean Air has placed firm orders for 10 CS300 aircraft, with options for a further 10.
airBaltic took over its first CS300 on November 28, 2016 and will welcome the second aircraft either by the end of December or early January 2017 and will have eight aircraft in the fleet by end of 2017.
The carrier originally ordered 10 aircraft plus 10 options that have now all been exercised.
