Nov 22, 2016 (newstodate): Sky Greenland is filing a suit against the Dutch aircraft leasing company Mass Lease that has taken back the two Fokker 100 aircraft leased to Denim Air earlier this year.
-The two Fokker 100 aircraft were arrested by Mass illegally which has hurt the entire operations by Denim Air, says Gert Brask, Sky Greenland.
-We have met all obligations on our side, and September 2016 was the first month in Denim Air's history of recovery which only adds to the plights.
-I expect the court to hear the case on either Wednesday or Thursday this week, and I am confident that the ruling will go our way. I will at least fight to the very end, says Mr Brask.
newstodate has sought the opinion and comments from the counterpart, Mass Lease that has however not responded by deadline today.
