Nov 15, 2016 (newstodate): Despite a dip in cargo volumes in October, Latvia's Riga Airport is still growing in cargo through 2016.
A total of 1,670 tones of cargo was handled at Riga Airport in October 2016, a decline by 7.5 percent, y-o-y.
But volumes in January-October are still up by 8.9 percent, y-o-y, to 16,382 securing the airport's leading position as to cargo in the three Baltic markets.
In 2016, only July and October have been below previous year's levels.
