Nov 28, 2016 (newstodate): The Danish cargo carrier part of the AP Moller-Maersk Group, Star Air has added another Boeing 767 converted freighter to its fleet.
The newcomer to Star Air is a Boeing 767-300ER converted freighter, delivered on a lease agreement with GECAS and formerly operated by the Russian now-defunct carrier Transaero.
In Star Air's fleet are also 11 Boeing 767-200SF converted freighter and one Boeing 767-300 BCF aircraft delivered in January 2015 on a lease contract with ACMI provider ABX as Star Air's current 10-year UPS contract was secured.
