Oct 10, 2016 (newstodate): Finnair has announced an increase in services to Tokyo and Hong Kong during summer 2017.
Currently offering daily flights from Helsinki to Tokyo Narita with Airbus A330 aircraft, Finnair will add four more weekly rotations with the Airbus A350 aircraft between June 5 and October 27, 2017.
With these additions, Finnair and its partner Japan Airlines will offer 18 weekly connections from Helsinki to Tokyo Narita Airport.
Finnair will also add Airbus A350 frequencies to its Hong Kong route with three additional weekly flights between June 6 and October 28, 2017.
Currently, Finnair flies to Hong Kong daily, and with the new frequencies, Finnair will operate 10 weekly flights, all operated with Airbus A350 aircraft.
Finnair now operates seven Airbus A350 aircraft and will add another four in 2017 under an order for a total of 19 aircraft.
