Jan 09, 2016 (newstodate): West Atlantic Sweden reports the loss of one CRJ200 PF cargo aircraft that has crashed near the Lappland border between Norway and Sweden.
The converted cargo aircraft that joined the carrier in 2007 and has since performed almost 10,000 hours was flying post and parcels from Oslo to Tromsoe as it issued a Mayday call around midnight January 8/9, 2016.
A Swedish rescue team in now searching for its crew of two pilots, and the carrier will hold a press conference at 11:00 a.m to provide further details on the accident.
