Jan 25, 2016 (newstodate): All three Boeing 767-200F freighters are now in commercial service with West Atlantic.
Like its two predecessors, the latest newcomer - the third delivered - was put on a long-term contract from December 29, 2015, with TNT at Liege for intra-European operations.
West Atlantic put its first Boeing 767-200F freighter in commercial service with TNT in April 2015, and the second freighter joined in October 2015 but was later in for a C-check at Monarch lasting until January 15, 2016, leaving only two aircraft in operation.
All Boeing 767 freighters are sourced from West Atlantic's partner, the Ohio-based Air Transport Services Group, ATSG, that took a 25 percent stake in the Gothenburg-based West Atlantic Group in December 2013.
