Jan 26, 2016 (newstodate): Qatar Airways has announced an extensive campaign for new routes to East European markets in 2016.
Flights from Doha to Zagreb and Budapest are to be increased in frequencies to 10 weekly rotations against the current daily service staring from April 3 and July 3, 2016, respectively, while flights to Baku will be increased to 11 weekly rotations against the current daily flights, starting from March 27, 2016.
Qatar Airways is also launching new direct flights from Doha to Belgrade, in Serbia, from March 16, 2016, a destination currently served by the airline via Sofia with four weekly rotations.
And starting from May 15, 2016, the carrier will also offer direct non-stop flights between Doha and Yerevan Zvartnots Airport, Armenia, with four weekly rotations using Airbus A320 aircraft.
