Sep 16, 2015 (newstodate): Danish Air Transport's ex-Croatian Airbus A320 aircraft has ended its lease term with Adria Airways weeks earlier than originally planned.
The aircraft was acquired from Adria Airways by DAT in April 2014, but the parties then agreed to let the A320 remain with Adria Airways on an leasing contract till October 2014, when the aircraft was finally delivered to DAT.
The aircraft was, however, soon back in Ljubljana to serve with Adria Airways on a wet-lease contract with DAT during the summer season from April 2015 till the end of October 2015.
For unknown reasons, the Croatian carrier has now returned the aircraft to DAT prior to the expiry of the contract.
