Sep 14, 2015 (newstodate): Flown cargo volumes through Norway's Oslo Gardermoen Airport continued to decline in August 2015.
A total of 7,933 tonnes of cargo and mail was handled at the airport, a drop by 27.5 percent, y-o-y.
Contributing the most to the negative growth was a drop by 16.5 percent in international cargo handled at the airport, to 6,731 tonnes, but domestic cargo, international and domestic mail volumes were also down.
During the first eight moths of this year, the airport has seen total volumes declining by 5.1 percent, to 79,431 tonnes, with dwindling volumes in all cargo and mail segments.
