The US/EU sanctions against Russia are increasingly causing a problem as the Superjet 100 incorporates a high percentage of western technology and components.
Thus, Thales is responsible for the Superjet 100 avionics suite, including displays, communication, navigation and surveillance systems, the aircraft's hydraulic systems are produced by the US company Parker Aerospace, Goodrich manufactures wheels, brakes and braking systems, Air Cruisers is responsible for the rescue equipment, and Hamilton Sundstrand is behind the Superjet's power systems and turbines.
Also on the list are American TE Connectivity for elements of the onboard cable network) and Honeywell for the APU, Liebherr delivers control systems, air-conditioning, automatic pressure control and anti-icing systems, and French Zodiac Aerospace is responsible for aircraft interiors.
So far the order book contains 306 firm orders, 120 options, while 65 aircraft have already been delivered.
