Aug 28, 2015 (newstodate): IATA export cargo volumes dropped by 2.83 percent, y-o-y, through July 2015, to 7,850 tonnes.
The decline was reflecting the seasonal effect from weak summer demands but also the runway repair works on Stockholm Arlanda Airport that during periods limited the aircraft take-off weight.
Topping the list was SAS Cargo with 1,301 tonnes, down 5.39 percent, followed by Lufthansa Cargo with 1,041 tonnes but rising 30.93 percent, and KLM Cargo with 671 tonnes but also down 26.86 percent.
Rising the most was #6 Cargolux up 61.74 percent to 481 tonnes, while #10 Thai Cargo took the deepest cut by 46.36 percent to 292 tonnes.
#5 Finnair was down 11.74 percent to 582 tonnes, and #9 Singapore Airlines Cargo grew 2.98 percent to 308 tonnes.
