Aug 27, 2015 (newstodte): The Danish logistics company Scan Global Logistics has announced the appointment of a new Group CEO, succeeding Henrik von Sudow.
Stepping in is Jesper Nielsen, coming from 10 years with DHL, last serving as CEO Global Forwarding Nordics/Baltic for the past four years.
Mr von Sydow will become Executive Chairman of the Board once Jesper Nielsen has joined SGL, slated for February 1, 2016.
With HQs in Copenhagen, Denmark, Scan Global Logistics employs more 00 staff worldwide, in addition to more than 400 staff with its strategic alliance partner, TransGroup.
Among other business segments, SGL is also a major provider of global Aid & Relief logistics solutions.
