Aug 18, 2015 (newstodate): Copenhagen Airport will see more traffic by Gulf carriers from this winter.
Starting from December 2, 2015, Qatar Airways will go up to two daily frequencies on the route between Doha and Copenhagen, from today's 11 weekly rotations operated since March 29, 2015.
All flights will be performed with the carrier's Boeing 787 aircraft.
Qatar Airways first entered Scandinavia with a route between Doha and Stockholm, Sweden, launched on November 27, 2007, adding the route between Doha and Copenhagen, Denmark, from March 30, 2010, and finally launching flights from Doha to Oslo, Norway, from October 5, 2011.
Starting from December 1, 2015, Emirates will be serving the route between Dubai and Copenhagen with the Airbus A380 in a two-class configuration.
