Jul 02, 2015 (newstodate): Aviator has won a new contract as well as renewed the existing contact with the Swedish carrier Amapola.
Amapola has thus awarded its mail handling at Gothenburg Airport to Aviator, and the existing mail handling contracts comprising Stockholm and Malmo Airports have been renewed.
All contracts will take effect from January 1, 2016, running for four years.
The contracts follow on Amapola's landing in June 2015 of a renewed contract with Post Sweden for postal flights under program that comprises about 180 departures every week, requiring 14 aircraft to serve 12 airports.
Starting from January 1, 2016, this new contract will run for four years, with a provision for extension by another year during the period.
