Jul 28, 2015 (newstodate): The Georgian carrier Luftline Georgia is now in the sky with its first aircraft after a charter flights earlier this month between Georgia and Iceland.
The airline took over its first aircraft, an ex-SAS Boeing 737-400, on May 22, 2015, and the flight brought a Georgian football team to Reykjavik to play a match in the qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League.
Starting out with charter operations, the carrier plans to add one Airbus A321 aircraft shortly, to be followed by two Airbus A320 Family aircraft at a later date.
