Jun 04, 2015 (newstodate): Croatian hopes for a direct scheduled air link with South Korea is rising after the signing of a new Bilateral Air Service Agreement, removing all obstacles for potential launch of scheduled flights between the two countries.
Korean Air has operated seasonal charter flights from Seoul to Zagreb for several years running, and this program, starting in May 2015, comprises a total of 15 flights ending August 22, 2015, compared to seven flights in the 2014 program.
Also the number of Korean passengers on the flights have increased by 300 percent y-o-y, to 240,000 in 2014.
