Jun 16, 2015 (newstodate): This month, Icelandair has taken delivery of another two Boeing 757-200 aircraft.
One aircraft, now registered TF-ISY, was earlier operated by American Airlines, and another, now registered TF-ISZ, has also been serving with American Airlines and has last been stored, and both were manufactured in 1990/91.

As their leasing periods expire by the end of autumn 2015, two of the Boeing 757-200 passenger aircraft will be replaced by two Boeing 767-300 aircraft, with delivery slated for spring 2016.
