Jun 24, 2015 (2015) The Russian LCC Pobeda, a subsidiary of Aeroflot, is now considering opening also international flights.
So far the carrier has been operating only domestic flights in Russia, but ambitions are now to add flights from Russia to destinations in the CIS, the Balkan region, as well as Germany and Italy.
If approved by the country's ministry of transportation, plans are to launch the first international routes already from the start of the coming winter 2015/16 schedule.
In the fleet of Pobeda are now 11 Boeing 737-800 aircraft used on 30 routes in Russia.
Based at Moscow Vnukovo Airport, Pobeda received its AOC on November 11, 2014, and performed its maiden flight on December 1, 2014.
