May 20, 2015 (newstodate): The Danish Labor Tribunal will today have Ryanair on its agenda as the Danish trade unions have requested if labor actions against Ryanair fall within the law.
The issue is hotly debated as the carrier has established a base at Copenhagen Airport and is now building up an extensive route network amid media and union accusations of social dumping.
The trade unions are arranging demonstrations outside the court, promising members participating in the action "light refreshments and something to smile about".
At the same time, Ryanair has published its April customer service statistics which confirm that Ryanair is Europe's No 1 customer service airline with 90 percent of over 52,000 flights arriving on-time, less than one complaint per 1,000 passengers, less than one bag complaint per 2,000 passengers and over 99 percent of all complaints answered within seven days.
