May 15, 2015 (newstodate): Russia's third-largest airline UTair has secured a fresh round of life after coming to terms with its main creditor, Alfa-Bank.
The parties have agreed on a debts restructuring model under which Alfa-Bank will issue loans to cover the debts and allow the airline to continue its operations.
After signing the documents, UTair's assets and bank accounts will be released from the arrests imposed.
