Iranian carriers are thus barred from fueling in Germany, France and Britain, so they have to include en-route stops at airports in countries including the Czech Republic, Hungary or Slovenia on flights to and from Tehran and other Iranian destinations.
On the other hand, Iran Air can operate non-stop flights on the route between Tehran and Stockholm as they can reportedly be fueled in Sweden.
