May 6, 2015 (newstodate): Latvia's leading carrier airBaltic is today launching flights on its new route from neighboring country Estonia to Berlin, in Germany.
Already tomorrow, May 7, 2015, flights will also be inaugurated from Tallinn to Vienna bringing the total of direct routes served by airBaltic from Estonia to four including flights to Paris from October 28, 2014, and to Riga served since September 15, 2004.
-By improving links between the Baltic capitals and European cities, airBaltic is strengthening its position as a truly Baltic airline, says Christophe Viatte, airBaltic CCO in an Estonian media.
Proclaiming itself a "truly Baltic airline", airBaltic seems to move closer to meeting visions of a Pan-Baltic carrier often emerging in the three markets and not least propagated in Lithuania..
