The LCC has sourced two Airbus A320 aircraft on an ACMI contract with the Latvian carrier SmartLynx that is thus first to bring in Airbus aircraft on the Ryanair route network.
Still in Riga Airport without logos, the two all-white aircraft will be based at Madrid.
In the fleet of Ryanair are 306 Boeing 737-800 aircraft while orders have been placed for delivery of no less than 174 more Boeing aircraft of this type as well as 100 Boeing 737 MAX where Ryanair is also the launch customer for this new coming Boeing 737 derivative.
