Apr 09, 2015 (newstodate): Plans for opening of flights between the Balkan region and China have again been delayed.
Latest plan was to start flights from May 1, 2015, already, on the route connecting Chongqing and Zadar, in Croatia, operated by Hainan Airlines with one weekly rotation on an year-round basis.
Lately, the carrier has found that conditions are not yet in place for the launch of services, including pertinent approvals by aviation authorities and airports on each side.
Hopes are now that flights will eventually commence by the autumn, presumably in September 2015.
