Apr 08, 2015 (newstodate): The first Airbus A320 in the fleet of the Danish charter and ACMI carrier DAT, acquired from Croatia's Adria Airways is now returning "home" on summer leave.
The aircraft has been ferried to Ljubljana to serve with Adria Airways under an ACMI contract with DAT during the summer season till October 2015.
DAT originally acquired the aircraft for delivery by April 2014, but the parties then agreed to let the A320 remain with Adria Airways on an leasing contract till October 2014, when the aircraft was finally delivered to DAT - as in fact the second A320!.
In the fleet of DAT are now a total of three Airbus A320 aircraft, with plans for a fourth still pending.
