Apr 27, 2015 (newstodate): The successful Russian cargo carrier AirBridgeCargo has expanded its agreement with Kales Airline Services.
The cargo GSSA provider has been named ABC cargo GSSA in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
ABC is off-line in the Baltic region that is served by trucking to and and the carrier's gateways at Helsinki, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt.
Kales Airline Services is already the carrier's GSSA in the Nordic region comprising Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
From January 26, 2015, ABC launched a twice-weekly Boeing 747 freighter service at Helsinki, Finland, flying in from Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport and continuing to Frankfurt before returning to Moscow.
In Sweden, ABC has been online with a weekly Boeing 747-8F freighter service at Malmo Sturup Airport, in southernmost Sweden, flying in from Amsterdam and continuing to Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport since April 2010, in addition to the Volga-Dnepr Group subsidiary Atran operating a weekly Boeing 737-400F freighter flight since January 9, 2014, also at Malmo Airport.
