Mar 26, 2015 (newstodate): The Norwegian carrier Wideroe, member of the SAS Group, has announced a new managing director from May 1, 2015.
Taking up the seat is Stein Nilsen after his predecessor Lars Kobberstad who was fired in February due to disagreements over the carrier's future strategy.
In the interim period the carrier will be managed by Roger Granheim.
Mr Nilsen takes up his new job after serving as Director at Credo Partners since April 2014.
Prior to that, Mr Nilsen served with a/o SAS in various positions from 1997 till 2004 when he left as Senior Vice President Scandinavian Airlines Norway.
