Feb 22, 2015 (newstodate): Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations is rushing in with humanitarian assistance to relieve the sufferings of the population in eastern Ukraine's Debaltseve.
The ministry has sent two IL-76 freighter aircraft carrying a total of 70 tonnes of relief equipment and food from Moscow Ramenskoye Airport to Rostov-on-Don Airport, from where the shipments will be trucked into the bombed-out city.
