Feb 27, 2015 (newstodate): Starting from March 31, 2015, Turkish Airlines is to open several new routes from Istanbul, including flights to Taiwan.
The carrier will be offering seven weekly rotations on the new route between Istanbul and Taipei with Airbus A330 aircraft.
Together with connections from Oslo, transfering via Istanbul, the new route may further enhance the potentials of Turkish Airlines to attract shipments of Norwegian seafood exports to Taiwan that has become one of the significant growth markets for fresh salmon.
In Norway, Turkish Airlines will increase from 14 to 18 weekly rotations between Istanbul and Oslo from the start of the new summer schedule.
