Feb 27, 2015 (newstodate): Another top-exec job opening has been announced by Finnair.
Erno Hilden, Finnair CFO and member of the company's Executive Board, will resign on 30 April 2015 after serving with the airline since 2009.
Pending the appointment of his successor, Mika Stirkkinen, Finnair VP Finance, will act as interim CFO from March 1, 2015.
-Successfully completed savings programs and the completion of the key agreements related to the fleet renewal offer a natural point to move forward in my career, says Mr Stirkkinen in a company release.
-We have now managed to leave behind the heavy phase of the restructuring and cost savings programs. The company emphasis is now on improving profitability by executing its commercial strategy and looking for new revenue streams.
