Feb 26, 2015 (newstodate): The Danish company TP Aerospace, founded in 2008, is firmly established in Russia and the CIS in the market for maintenance and repair of aircraft wheels and brakes.
In 2014, the company landed a contract with Aeroflot to take over the airline's entire surplus stocks of wheels and brakes.
Other customer airlines in Russia include Transaero, Yakutia, Atran, IFly, Kolavia, NordWind and OrenAir, and in the CIS TP Aerospace serves airlines including Air Astana, and Silk Way Airlines.
The sister copmany company TP Aerospace Technics operates wheels and brakes repair facilities in Hamburg and Singapore, certified by all leading aircraft and equipment manufacturers, and another sister company TP Aerospace Leasing provides wheels and components on tailored contracts with airlines including Star Air, Icelandair, SmartLynx and DAT.
TP Aerospace is also present in the Americas and in Asia through own divisions based on the acquisition of existing companies.
