Dec 10, 2015 (newstodate): Two more Airbus A350 aircraft are being readied for delivery before the end of this month.
Bringing the fleet to three aircraft, the second Airbus A350 is currently being flown by Finnair pilots prior to delivery, while a third aircraft has performed its first production test flight with Airbus pilots.
A fourth Airbus A350 to be delivered in January 2016 is also in the production test phase with one first test flight behind it, and a fifth aircraft in nearing the end of the FAL.
Finnair received its first Airbus A350 WXB aircraft from Airbus on October 7, 2015, and the aircraft entered into long-haul commercial service from November 21, 2015, on the route between Helsinki and Shanghai.
