Nov 24, 2015 (newstodate): The Portuguese carrier EverJets, based at Funchal, has now come off to a good start with an Airbus A320, leased from Danish carrier DAT - and is already planning for business outside Portugal and Madeira.
The carrier performed its first flight November 14, 2015, on routes between Madeira and Portuguese destinations carrying passengers and cargo.
But already at this early stage, the airline is planning to monitor the Scandinavian and UK markets for ad-hoc operations during next year's summer season.
EverJets has also advertised positions for flight crew candidates for aircraft types including Airbus A320, A330, A330, and Boeing 767 and Boeing 777 aircraft.
