Nov 03, 2015 (newstodate): The Icelandic carrier WOW Air is considering adding a new aircraft type to its fleet.
The carrier is currently operating three Airbus A320 and two Airbus A321 aircraft on dry-lease contracts, but plans are to grow the fleet with bigger Airbus A330-300 aircraft from 2016.
The long-haul aircraft are intended for the opening of new flights to the US West Coast with flights from the UK via Keflavik to Los Angeles and San Francisco, offering four and five year-round rotations, respectively.
