Oct 26, 2016 (newstodate): The Latvian airline airBaltic has announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with LOT Polish Airlines.
The code-share agreement will enhance the access to more connections to southeastern Europe for airBaltic customers, while LOT passengers will gain better access to the North European destinations on airBaltic's route network.
Together, the two carriers offer up to twice daily flights on the route between Riga and Warsaw, and LOT will especially benefit from connections between Warsaw and Oslo as well as between Warsaw and Helsinki.
At the same time, airBaltic will gain access to two new destinations Sofia and Belgrade.
The new code-share agreement is airBaltic's 20th with partner airlines.
