Oct 28, 2015 (newstodate): When Germania starts new flights between Germany and Iceland, two more German destinations will be added to Keflavik's route network
As the fourth German airline targeting Iceland, the privately-owned charter airline Germania will be offering flights between Bremen and Friedrichshafen in Germany and Keflavik, on Iceland, during the summer season starting June 11.
The flights will be offered twice weekly, using Airbus A319 aircraft on the routes.
The services will start on June 11 with flights from Bremen until August 21, while the flights from Friedrichshafen will end by September 10, 2016.
Keflavik Airport now has year-round flight connections to Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich as well as seasonal summer flights to Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Cologne and Stuttgart
