Oct 08, 2015 (newstodate): Kazakhstan's Air Astana has placed an order for four Airbus A320neo aircraft.
The order comprises three A320neo and one A321neo on lease from Dutch company AerCap.
Earlier this year, the carrier also ordered the delivery of four Airbus A321neo in the long-range version as the first airline to do so, as well as two A320neo and one A321neo, all on lease from the US company ALC.
In the fleet of Air Astana are now three Boeing 767-300ER, five Boeing 757-200, 13 Airbus A320 family aircraft, and nine Embraer E-190 serving 64 routes to39 domestic and international destinations.
