Jan 08, 2015 (newstodate): Only one of Sweden's Top-5 IATA airfreight forwarders saw growth in volumes in November 2014, the latest month accounted for.
The exception was #5 on the list, Panalpina where volumes were up by 7.01 percent, y-o-y, to 490 tonnes.
#1, DHL Global Forwarding thus lost 7.77 percent, #2, Geodis Wilson was down 18.21 percent, #3, Kuehne+Nagel dropped 6.93 percent, and #4, Schenker was down 32.98 percent in November 2014.
#10, Scanam Global Logistics saw the largest growth, up 39.68 percent, beating #6, UPS Sweden that increased by 37.81 percent.
The total IATA export airfreight market dropped 12.94 percent, y-o-y, to 8,021 tonnes.
