Sep 08, 2014 (newstodate): Georgia's new airline, Flyvista is now opening its second international flight.
Flyvista, based at Tbilisi Airport, first opened flights on the route between Tbilisi and Tehran, in Iran, from August 4, 2014, and is now also online on the route between Tbilisi and Kiev, in Ukraine, from August 28, 2014, offering three weekly rotations.
Flyvista has been set up with the UAE-based aircraft leasing, charter and management solutions provider Aerovista as its partner and is building up a fleet of Boeing 737-300 aircraft, the first of which landed at the airport on July 10, 2014.
The planned route network will successively include also destinations Almaty in Kazakhstan, Baku in Azerbaijan, Istanbul in Turkey, Minsk in Belarus, Moscow in Russia, and Prague in the Czech Republic.
