Sep 16, 2014 (newstodate): The Danish charter and ACMI carrier Jet Time is deepening its focus on air cargo business.
The carrier is now in the market for a cargo sales representative, reporting to its cargo manager, Marianne Juul Petersen, with Jet Time since April 1, 2012, and until now alone in promoting Jet Time Cargo.
Prior to Ms Juul Petersen's assignment, the cargo business was only part of the responsibilities of the Special Charters & ACMI department.
On September 14, Jet Time took delivery of its fourth all-cargo Boeing 737 aircraft, a Boeing 737-400F joining the carrier's freighter fleet already comprising two Boeing 737-400F as well as one Boeing 737-300F freighter, all known to be operating on an ACMI contract with TNT out of Liege.
It the fleet of Jet Time is also now one Boeing 737-300QC aircraft while a second Boeing 737-300QC was handed back to the leasing company in June after the expiry of its contract period.
Jet Time took delivery of its first Boeing 737-300QC aircraft in March 2010, while the first all-cargo Boeing 737-400F joined the fleet in mid-October 2013.
